One week-three exhibitions
Week from 9 to 15 April was quite eventful for the group KANEX (JSC KMBA a part of group KANEX). We took part in three exhibitions:
- from 11th to 14 th April - «An annual Exhibition Forum of mining industry - 2018» in Gostiny Dvor (Moscow)
- from 10th to 11th April - «Metallurgy. Mining-2018» (Norilsk)
- from 12th to 14th April - «Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum-2018» (Krasnoyarsk)
Each of the events was interesting and significant in its own way.
The First International Mining Exhibition, the national mining forum is a new event in the exhibition calendar, but already attracting attention from the professional community of producers and consumers of equipment for mining, enrichment and processing of solid minerals. Despite the fact that the event was held for the first time, it included a rich business program, meetings with key enterprises in the industry, discussion of the prospects for the development of the mining industry in Russia at round tables and congresses. The exhibition was attended by many leading experts of the industry, as well as representatives of ministries and departments responsible for its support and development. Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Valentinovich Manturov took part in this exhibition.
«Metallurgy. Mining-2018» is a key mining event where the group KANEX also participated for the first time.
The north of the Krasnoyarsk Kray is very important for us, as it is one of the main regions of MMC Norilsk Nickel's operations - our key customer. We have already implemented many projects for this company, and our joint work continues and develops. So, the exhibition in Norilsk, where we were able to communicate directly with the employees of MMC, is important for direct communication between the specialists of our company and the representatives of the customer.
«Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum-2018» about participation in which we wrote earlier in the news http://kanexgroup.ru/news/1406/, was organized for the 15th time. Traditionally, the All-Russian tactical minimum programs and strategic maximum programs, measured over the years, were discussed. For us, this is an additional opportunity to present achievements and new projects over the past year, as well as talk about the construction of the OKB Micron machine-tool plant in the Emelyanovsk District of Krasnoyarsk for the production of non-standard and mining equipment.
